Between the short hours and the location that's often an extra 10 minutes of time through a metal detector with no proximal parking, in the 20 years I have had an account here I've never received better than nominally polite customer service. Given the low quality of their online banking and telephone service over most of that time, it all adds up to a pretty lame banking experience. I only keep the account now as an emergency backup and for my credit score, but I'm seriously considering whether even that is worth it.
The staff here was very welcoming and kind, which a girl with a banking history like mine does not often receive when opening a new checking account. Besides the fact that you have to go through a serious metal detector to enter the building , and then wear a yellow visitor badge they give you once you put your shoes back on. All that fun ends at 4:00pm as well. So get there early!
