Brenda was the associate who helped me. She didn't have enough to cash my check on the 5th but had me come back the 6th so she could approve it with her regional manager. She followed through with everything she said she would do, explained everything so I understood it, and while she was not able to cash the whole check i was able to purchase money orders for bills as well which worked out perfect. Brenda was kind and personable, and I appreciated her working with me to finding a solution.
Fast and easy. The lady that works there is friendly and helpful.
Brenda is a gem I have had to wait in that place for service for an hour or more because she was the only one working there. She was still courteous and very fast without making errors. The only reason I did not give you* 5 what's because you do not put enough workers in there on the busiest days. Keep up the good work Brenda.
