I called them to ask information about if I would be able to cash a check I had. The lady said just bring it in to process it, only to be told as soon as I showed it to her that they don't take cashier's checks. I drove six miles for nothing. Had she only let me finish what I was saying on the phone it could have saved me a trip. Not only that she was very rude to me when I was there. I will never do business with them in the future.
Vickie is amazing. She knows her stuff and shes very efficient at her job. Not to mention works through the line pretty fast.
The customer service is really good at this location. She explained all the questions I had with easy to comprehend answers.
