In response to the Owners message. The owner is now lying my calls were cold transferred to their Attorney while I was calling and attempting to work something out with their company. Thank God for google reviews I finally feel like I have a sense of justification for how they treated me and my family. The owner or Manager is attempting to play damage control. I will continue to express my view of this company until an apology is received for how they treated us and their manager takes ownership for the lying. You should have worked something out with me and not have cold transferred me to your attorney. Your attorney should not have laughed at my situation and belittled me a father of 3 who is attempting very diligently to pay off a debt.
I've had a loan through credit concepts for going on 3 years now and I will say they have been a great experience. They are always really helpful whenever I need help with anything. Last year I fell in a bit of a crunch and was having issues with my payment for a few months and they went above what I ever expected to try and help me. Josiah is one of their employees and he is always there whenever I have any questions with anything and he always replies to me in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Credit Concepts to anyone who needs an auto loan.
