HORRIBLE customer service!!! Went in today to check on some things, guy working the counter was rude, unhelpful, and had a horrible attitude. Even asking to speak to someone higher up, he still followed around with a snarky attitude and was majorly lacking customer service skills. Been a customer here for years, and I will not be back again due to this experience. It's one thing to get bad news at a business, it's another to be disrespectful during the transaction. If your looking for good service, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. It's too bad too, the owner is a nice guy, but clearly has hired very bad staff.
Been coming here for a little while now. Always helpful and friendly. Fair deals and amazing people. Always fun to go in and chat with the guys who are very knowledgeable. And if they don't know something they look it up right then and there. Had one or two small issues. But overall there is a reason I keep doing business with them.
