The manager Cullen is fantastic. Him and his team treated me with the most respect and compassion. Its not easy having to pawn your belongings. But they make it easier and I'm so GRATEFUL.
If you have been unlucky enough to sell your silver or gold to these buffoons, I feel bad for you. These chumps are using a shipping scale to weigh bullion and coins. While they explicitly claimed their scale was accurate. I laughed and immediately left, went home and weighed my 1/10th Canadian .9999 gold coin. On my sensitive digital scale my coin weighs 3.1 grams, at their shop their scale read 2.2 grams. So who’s trying to rip off who here. Total D bags. Will never go back.
