I'm so happy with all the help I had and have from everybody at Providence Credit Union. They help me refinance 2 of my cars with a very low interest and I had the need for extra money so I got a pay day relief loan. They make things so easy. Providence Federal Credit Union always seems to have an issue. Every month there is some issue. I understand things happens in business sometime or with a customer, however when it occurs this often the company has a serious issue. Every month they apply a payment to the incorrect account, or they call saying a payment is late when it was sent on time. And they applied incorrectly. The staff is always nice however their system is extremely flawed and needs a serious update. I would not recommend this credit union. Hopefully they update things quickly because this has been going on for years.
