I have cashed my payroll checks at this location every 2 weeks for the last year and a half, and the ladies who help me here are AWESOME! They always go above and beyond and make an otherwise daunting task one that I look forward to! They are always friendly, professional, and super helpful!
My husband goes in to open an account and cash his check,(mind you this is our first paycheck since we moved here) the woman behind the glass looks at his check and starts to complain because it will take too long and she has to call and verify it and apparently she’s ready to go home, what kind of customer service is this? Instead of helping you complain about your job taking forever? I just opened an account here and I’m half tempted to close it, so you not only lost one customer you may loose several now because your employees are upset they may be late for happy hour.
Though I have been an ace customer for several years and appreciate the service and the fact that their staff has been nice, recently worked with a new staff that showed poor customer service skills, rude, because I did not have my recent stub (only because they already had my most recent, I've always brought it in aside from that). Apparently she can't or wont be expected to have to walk a few feet to access it. Also assumed I know their "new" rules about this as of April this year. Once I pay my loans off I am done with Ace and have already found another pay day loan company with more mature, friendly and professional people. Staff should recognize its us customer's who allow them to collect a paycheck> I never treat my patients/clients that way and will walk 1000 steps if necessary; but folks are lazy these days; with unfortunate long term health consequences.
