Hello Klamath Falls and surrounding areas! I have to say that the service I experienced at Steve's Place was absolutely Amazing. I went in this week because I was about to lose my place if I couldn't come up with my rent in full and had been to absolutely every location I could think of and was told No sorry not interested... Needless to say I was about to give up when I saw Steve's Place and stopped in, they had 5 minutes to closing. I explained my situation and was so ecstatic when the man behind the counter said let's see what we can do... I just can't say thank you enough and my experience was one of the best! Most shocking of all was the fact that the man behind the counter wasn't worried about the time... He stayed open 35 min after closing to assist me!!!! Thank you so very much and I hope everyone can get to experience customer service like I did, AS IT SHOULD BE!!!
