I didn’t even get far enough into doing business with this man to speak to him face to face! I called, inquired about logistics of selling my gold jewelry that really just collects dust in my jewelry box. He was so short and rude and as I’m saying okay thank you so much have a nice day he hangs the phone up on me! I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. BUT I do suppose he could be having an off day though so if I were you I’d call first because maybe he’s a great guy and was just in a grumpy mood this morning, who knows but he wasn’t very freaking kind to me.
