This bank has been pretty fair with all my transactions. I've been banking with them for 20 years. The staff have been kind & courteous. The lines can be toooooo long, but their mobil banking is pretty good.
The bank used to be great. Now it seems customer service staff need training or hire nice people. You can hear the "entitlement" of many of the cust reps voice. I would give them a C-. Some reps who provide service are demeaning, unprofessional, tone of voice sounds pompous and if customer doesn't like it too bad. If you ask for a mgr, be prepared to hold long time and give up. I spent nearly 1.5 hrs trying to get a new password for an encrypted bank letter. Ridiculous. Makeover, to no availil!!! I am very disappointed in my bank.
I shut my account down in 2017 due to off the wall open and close times and TERRIBLE customer service and false promises.. so I reopened it with my gf on a joint account cuz they promised us 100 dollars for joining.. well here I am 10am on a Saturday about a month later and I have none of that money I was promised and my direct deposit hasn’t gone through yet when I should have been paid yesterday.. congrats onpoint you lost me again.. I reccomend nobody do business with them.. at least the Gresham branch.. terrible service
I am assuming you have a new teller. She’s quite rude. You should fix that.
