Worst company ever, I financed a vehicle through them, the vehicle broke down after I had already paid about $10,000 into to it, even though the sticker price was $8000.00. I wasn't working and asked them to take the vehicle back sell so I could pay the difference they decided to leave the vehicle with the mechanic and come after me for another $7000.00 almost double the sticker price. NO I HAVE NO CAR, BAD CREDIT, AND OWE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN. I spoke with their Manager tried to work something out but the kept transferring my calls to their attorney who advised he didn't care about the car and they just want $$$$, PLEASE DON'T FINANCE THROUGH HERE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! In response to the Owners message. The owner is now lying my calls were cold transferred to their Attorney while I was calling and attempting to work something out with their company. Thank God for google reviews I finally feel like I have a sense of justification for how they treated me and my family. The owner or Manager is attempting to play damage control. I will continue to express my view of this company until an apology is received for how they treated us and their manager takes ownership for the lying. You should have worked something out with me and not have cold transferred me to your attorney. Your attorney should not have laughed at my situation and belittled me a father of 3 who is attempting very diligently to pay off a debt.

I didnt believe my financial situation would allow a loan and a year later, I have moved my self into a 2019 vehicle because credit concepts was willing to give me a shot. Christina treats you as a friend or family member; always helping with a smile in her voice while explaining options if life happens and payment arrangement is needed or just a payment reminder.
