I had never used any of the services that Ace had to offer. Well my bank account was closed and I was told that Ace would do it no problem. I went in and the clerk that helped me, her name was Brittany, walked me through the sign up process. Which was quick and easy. Glad I'm now in the system, it was super duper easy. Brittany was a total help.
Very very poor service. Called ahead of time and asked what I needed to be able to cash a specific type of check. Brittany answered and said 'just your drivers license and the check'. I said are you certain because it will take 2 hours of my day and I want to make sure I have everything I need. She confirmed. After spending an hour in line at lunch and not even making the window I came back later. Waited in line 35 min to be told that they had a form and a process that takes up to a month to cash this check from the same Brittany that answered the phone. I called her out on that and she simply replied 'sorry' like it didnt matter to her that I spent 3 hours wasted on them. Some advice, ask questions if you dont think you 100% know what they want. Then ask someone else and then another. Thanks Brittany.

I came in Sunday around noon on the 6teenth to get a payday loan which normally I get 5it and I'm done, this time I got an attendant was wearing a black hoodie to me he looked like been holding up the place and waiting for his ride to get there, anyways you guys should drug screen your employees he didn't look like he had any business back there, anyways after being inconvenienced by this. I go to the Springfield one which I smoothly got my payday loan and went on my way ,thanks Ace.
