I came to this location to deposit a check. I think that they totally forgot I was there for about 20 minutes, after taking my check. I have other accounts at Wells Fargo and Chase. As I sat there waiting, I contemplated taking all of my money out, and closing my account entirely. I most likely will. Their customer service is awful.
Usually pretty good customer service, once they talk to you. But be prepared to stand in line waiting while tellers avoid eye contact and work on other tasks.

Crystal, Jesse, Chris, and everyone else there are always a pleasure to deal with. Edit: 5 years ago Umpqua was a great community focused bank that had low fees and great service. Since that time, Umpqua has relentlessly expanded and lost its focus on being the "Worlds Greatest Bank". It really just feels like another big bank without neighborhood charm. I've talked with many fellow business owners and my experience unfortunately seems to be the norm. It hasn't gotten so bad that I am actively looking for another financial institution yet, but I'm sure that is only a matter of time.
