The representative was extremely helpful, and efficient. When it was my turn, she remembered who I was and followed up on whether or not I was interested in opening a debit card. She had a beautiful smile and I knew that she was genuine with her courteous remarks. Which included thanking me for coming in that day.
This used to be a great place. It still would be if it was staffed properly. During the week there is only one staff member. Used to be two. Long wait times now. This is really disappointing.
Good service when you can get to the counter, but I don't think I've ever gotten out of here in less than 50 minutes, with what should be a 10 minute task.
