Was here to buy something at about 4pm but forgot my wallet. Asked the clerk if he could hold it till I got back in a couple hours and he said he would hold it until the end of the day. Come back a little over 2 hours later and they had sold it. They care more about money than customer service or sticking to their promises. Joke is on them because I have have spent thousands here sending my employees up to buy used tools and I was going to buy 10 32" TVs this weekend but from now on myself and my 38 employees will shop elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The prices on some items are a bit high for a pawn shop but overall it's the best pawn shop I've found in Zanesville. I will be a repeat customer

Never had a bad experience buying stuff. But you do have to know your stuff and look over what ever you may buy. Also cross reference prices online I noticed Cashland trys to sell used stuff for new prices. DONT BUY ANY CARAUDIO THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY HAVE A SET OF 10" SUNDOWN SUBS. (Sundown is a great product) BUT THERE TRYING TO SELL A SET THAT HAS A FROZEN SUB AND WOULDNT LOWER THE PRICE THERE WANTING $250 WITH BOX FOR THAT SETUP. BEVERY CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU MAY BUY THEY TRYBTO SELL BROKEN STUFF.
This place is A joke if you are trying to sell anything or pawn anything, tried to sell a tablet about two weeks ago they were going to take it for $50 but it was so dead it wouldn’t turn on so i get it charged and take it back in then a different girl would only give me $30 for it. So apparently it must just depend on who you talk to at the time on how much they want to give to you
