An employee just glanced at my pile of XBOX 360 games & said "we won't take those games" but I saw two costumers walking out with PS4 & XBOX games. Really you don't take those games lmfao. How come you have a whole shelf dedicated to a variety of video games. I'll just sell my games at the Norwalk one. At least they will be reasonable with their customers.
Worst place to sell game's when i got the game from the store worst pawn shop in willard and worst employees too
These people are nuts. The employment is AMAZING!!
I came in today wanting to sell some of my ownings and was quickly turned away by the rudeness of the employment, mainly the owner. As soon as I entered the store I received the most awful customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The only way I would ever go to the cashland in Willard, Ohio again is if the place had a respectful owner.
I agree, a lot of the employees at the Willard branch are EXTREMELY rude & I will drive out of town to other locations or businesses to buy/sell before I go to Willard's Cashland. And I've sold the same exact product, identical in EVERY way, got $30 from the Norwalk branch & a few days later Willard would only offer $15 For the same thing. Never fails to get, or be offered less, for those in a tight spot at Willard.
