Nick did a great job helping with information.
This rating is for ACE Flare Metabank potential users, I can’t say anything about the loan part. Trying to be reasonable, obviously this place isn’t an actual “bank.” You are charged money for depositing and withdrawing, or “loading your card” as ACE calls it because they are actually the retailer for the bank, not the bank itself. Confused? Me too, which is why I closed the account. Normal everyday banking duties like cashing a check or just tying to do anything with your money is costly and a hassle. To add insult to injury, the customer service has a habit of treating you like a criminal. Maybe because of the business they do, I don’t know, but let’s leave it at definitely NOT what you would find at a bank. Some employees are the exception, but not the norm. My rating is from all the times I’ve left that place frustrated over the last few years as a customer.

Contrary to what "Google" says, This location closes at 8pm on Fridays, NOT 9pm. I keep changing it on google, someone keeps changing it back.
