Carrie the nasty bank teller needs to learn what customer service is and her attitude towards customers is ridiculous she needs to learn how to keep her nasty attitude in check why at her job. I will not be back.
I walked in here in my work uniform and some lady in an office had to raise her voice from across the room to teller to remove my hat. A basic baseball hat. I go to pnc banks across dayton never been treated that way. I'll stick to my pnc on troy st and then those girls leave I will switch banks.This was rude and not a welcoming experience.
