Terrible customer service from beginning to end. Next to zero communication. Months of drawn out paperwork all for them to not approve a simple real estate loan. Prime credit, cash flow positive business from the consumer and just abysmal service from a bank that supposedly cares about its patrons. Don’t go here. Go to a local credit union where they actually want to see people succeed and answer phone calls and emails.
I think one of your new bank tellers need to be a little more nicer and not being so hard on ur customers be more nice it was a new bank teller and I think she had brown hair it makes ur bank look bad the bank is good but you need to tell that bank teller to be nice I mean you don’t want ur bank lookin bad we customers take care of the bank tellers so least you can do is be nice hav a good day
