I was shopping for a projector and computer to use with the projector. I worked with a man for about one hour. I kept asking him how much the items cost. At checkout, he let me know he was not going to reduce the listed price. I told him, i wouldn't purchase the items because of the price. The customer service rep began to "loud talk" me, telling the whole store i wouldn't purchase the items after he spent an hour with me. I purchased a brand new projector for less and the new projector has a 3-year warranty. Items are overpriced and REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The appraiser/pawn broker is sadly unqualified to provide accurate information. Said the antique Rolex I was attempting to sell needed to have a new battery installed before he could appraise. News flash, Rolex's are self winding and dont take a battery. I don't blame the front of store workers, but the appraisers refusal to meet me face to face was a telling point. Sold for a fair price later, was encouraged by a real broker to mention this sort of ineptitude.
Love these guys. Great staff, great service, great prices and they're very fair. The only people who could have anything negative to say are those who come in and don't get their way. The people who bring in something that's 5 years old and not in any demand and still somehow expect to get retail value for it, smh. I've never had a bad experience here and come back time and time again. Definitely recommend this place!
Those People Try to take advantage of there customers.
They didn't keep up with the number board.. The staff was all chit chatting.. Took 23 mins even though some staff was done they were talking. I feel like it could of took a lil less time. She said it was busy.. But ended being ruder after I said I could of drove to the other one and came back. I was he fastest out. Smh
