When they were NOIC they were amazing but since switching to "Union Home Mortage", they've went down the drain. We have not missed a mortage payment and yet every month they keep saying we have. We even gave proof, we've paid. Yet every month they won't stop harassing us. I'm not paying over 1000$ a month when my mortage is only 565$, then they wanna charge me a late fee. How's there a late fee when my mortage was sent 2 weeks in advance? Wish they never switched to this company
The mortgage process was great no problems, fast, friendly, professional. I'm really upset the mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo before the first payment was due. God only knows what kind of mortgage shenanigans are in my future now. Update: previously known as NOIC when I applied
I don’t think I can adequately explain just how amazing working with Kevin has been. Being a 1st time home buyer everything at first seemed insanely scary. As we were going through the process with Quicken it was as though every penny we have & will have until 2098 would be going towards our new home… if that isn’t petrifying, I don’t know what is. After stepping away from the huge conglomerate (pennies in hand) & being referred Kevin, things became MUCH more comfortable & manageable - that is thanks to Kevin! Thought out this process, Kevin experience a plethora of late night & weekend calls where his job was simply to listen to me freak out & help me breath - Kevin answered every single call… on the 1st ring if I remember correctly ha-ha. He did this all without making me feel like an idiot & that my friends, is a HUGE accomplishment as I knew nothing about buying a home. He also never made me feel as through he was taking advantage of my lack of knowledge & our need to close fast! Kevin, explained things in a way we understood & always walked us through the next step in the process ensuring we closed on our timeline.
