Had to wait in the drive thru got 15 mins before I even talked to someone, then waited another 10 to do a simple task. Terribly slow, will never go to this branch again!
Used to be education plus credit union back then was great but recently switched and now when I go to buy something it takes my money and then still says the transaction is pending still... then the transaction will say it's posted a whole day later and charges me once again.... horrible bank a scam DON'T GO HERE! Curious to how many other people this has happened to? STOP TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED CASH
This was a very friendly credit union when it was Education Plus. The merger was awful, auto pay bills were changed (without our approval)to withdraw from savings instead of checking causing over draft fees. My Education Credit Union visa was cancelled without notice and no new card was issued from Directions, causing a decline when I went to use it. When I called they said I was late on a payment at the beging of the merger so my privileges were suspended until I show a better payment history. 15 years of on time payments and paid in full loans and this is how we’re treated? We have moved our accounts to another credit union. I would recommend to look elsewhere.
