Talk to rep in November pay extra payment for December to have it out the way. Still pulls money out and ask if they can give my money back since it still pending the day of. Ruin Christmas making my account go negative now Im taking bank fees and extra loan payment that a payed already in advance before a week before Christmas. This will be my last loan with these guys. I’m paying my principal quick as possible so I don’t have to deal with this anymore
Very easy process. Val spent quite awhile on the phone with me listening to my fears very patiently. Got quick approval, and able to close a couple of days later with money directly in my account. Would have done it ages ago if I had known it would be this easy.
Very friendly and professional people. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the high interest rate but other than that I have no complaints and will continue to do business with them!
