Had a car loan through McCluskey, they sold it to Guardian Savings. Got 60 days behind that was back in May of 2018, and now it's December 2018 and I'm still behind. I have made over 20 payments how is that possible that I'm still behind. I have set up payment arrangements, for $162.00 weekly and still behind right now. You do the math.. If you make payments weekly why don't you send statements weekly. I receive statements bi-weekly each time I get a statement it's higher than before. I have call and talk with them they try to explain, but 60 days past due does not add up to this many payments.
Got a letter in the mail one day from Guardian, asking if we needed somr extra Christmas money.?? And they made it happen for us.. Thank you Guardian and its staff....
