ATM has been down for almost a week
Customer service sucks, in line for 20 minutes, while the tellers laugh and have conversation, spent 9 minutes on hold calling the branch to ask a question, Tellers move extremely slow, no sense of urgency at all, as if your time isn’t valuable.
Great place to save money! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Horrible dispute services, do not use this account for internet transactions or anything that may need further assistance. They will not help at all and claim you chose to have issues once you said yes regardless. I'm very dissapointed with their concern of what i need help with. No other bank has ever did that to me.
I have banked with them for many years. They closed their branches near me. Then charge me atm fees for using their approved atms. A new practice they have is to charge you $7.00 a day for being in the negative from their fees. This is not a good place to keep your money.
