I Purchased a 2017 Harley Davidson Tri glide motorcycle a few years ago and financed through Buckeye state bank. I since then have decided it was time to sell the motorcycle. I did this through an online company that purchases motorcycles boats etc. They began to ask me very difficult questions for me to answer as far as paperwork and such so I called the bank and talk to Brandi Corder. She began asking questions about the details of my situation and promptly gave me a few solutions. She then actually called the online buyer and helped walk them through what needed to be done to complete the deal. She went well over and above in a very professional and friendly manner of taking care of my situation. Employees like Brandi are the reason I will come back to Buckeye State Bank.
This is how community banking should be, local decisions with fast turn around! Excellent customer service!

Plenty of other banks that don't live in the 1990's still. I was given an auto loan through Buckeye and have been a customer for 2+ years. No ability for online payment - in 2019, how is online payment viewed as an "extra perk". Their online portal is a joke and provides zero value to the customer. Zero interest in taking a step into the future (or present, for that matter). Also, the flexibility and understanding you would expect from a smaller bank is not there either - not much of an understanding for their customer's situations and their overall complacency makes me wish I would have received my auto loan through a different bank altogether. Only a matter of time until their outdated and impersonal business practices put them out of business/force a sale.
