I’m at sick and tired of banks controlling my money. Charged a late fee for account withdrawal. I deposited cash into my account the same night, but since it was after 9pm it doesn’t confirm until next business day. This branch seen my attempt to make it right and prevent it from happening, but refused to waive the fee. I now sit in the negative still until next week when I get paid. A struggling American trying to live and do right always gets screwed by simple mishaps that corporations control. The manger could have easily waived the fee. It wasn’t even 24 hours. I will no longer be banking with Northwest and I recommend you to stay away.
I have been conduction banking activity with Northwest Bank and its predecessor for over 35 years and they have always been attentive and professional in the delivery of very good financial services.
