About 10 years ago I opened my accounts here and was very happy with the service. So happy that I brought my husband, our joint accounts, and our mortgage. I also recently opened my business accounts here. The familiar people were replaced with different people, who seem slightly less competent than the others. It took longer for transactions, and I've gotten better service at other locations. Like the one in Grafton was a better, very nice experience. Then the phone calls, all the time to sell us a loan we don't want. I cannot stand the harrassment of these calls. I don't answer anymore when my phone displays Huntington bank and I'm thinking about switching banks altogether. Call me one more time, I dare you. I'm dreading my trip tomorrow. Depending on how it goes, we will see if my business will do business with them in the future. I am pulling for them because it's a hassle to switch.
Love these ladies! I do all my personal and business banking at this location and over time I have gotten to know each of them well. They always remember my name and greet me with a smile. They make banking fun!
Whoever this first guy is Is just wrong. I come in at least three or four times a week and Sydney is the nicest teller there is! She is more than helpful and is as knowledgeable as they come. IF there is a rare chance that you were not treated with respect, it's because you did not deserve respect. She has a job to do, just like you and me. I love this branch and I will not go anywhere else to do my business transactions. Keep up the GREAT work!! UPDATED- I just looked at all the reviews that this WILL COMPTON has done, and all he does is piss and moan at all these companies if he does not get his way. I'd take his reviews about as far as my 5 month old can walk.
The clerk Sydney is the most unprofessional bank teller I have dealt with in my entire life. She will give you attitude about doing her job hang up the phone on you and then will ignore the phone when you call back. I'm very dissatisfied with the service of Huntington. Since it's switched from first merit I've had nothing but problems. Sydney won't give you the corporate number and won't assist you if she feels your in worthy.
I also am disappointed with the service I receive at this Giant Eagle location. I felt that the tellers were very unprofessional when dealing with customers. More than once several tellers were very rude to me. Also, I feel these tellers are not trained as well as a normal Branch Offices. They have made several mistakes on my banking transactions as well. I actually avoid using this bank location when I have to bank with Huntington. I have presented these issues with the district manager but have not seen any improvement.
