This is a scam company that portrays itself as an upstanding collection agency. Don’t trust them, don’t give any of your information to them, don’t believe their lies about bounced checks, just hang up!
This place is such a scam. Telling me I owed an outrageous amount for a fake check that was written in my name and cashed at Macys from 2 years ago. They wanted me to file a police claim?? And get back to them, they even sent me a photo of the fake check that was written from my account. Its insane that companys like this go to such great lengths to try and take your money, and it worries me that they may have gotten me to answer some security questions, DONT BELIEVE ANY OF IT
Definitely a scam! Called and said I had a debt and I KNOW I don't owe anyone right now. Didn't say what company the debt was from and didn't state my name when leaving the message. Don't give them your last name let alone a dollar!
I tried to offer a payment solution based on what I truly could afford and they hung up on me. It is ridiculous to attempt to work something out and they refuse to work with you. I'm really close to filing a complaint with the BBB.
