Paid my loan in full in October. It still showed I had a balance due. I called their office. They didn’t have a clue. So they directed me to their “back office”. I was told they didn’t know but would resolve it. A month later and no resolution. My balance was $31. Today they withdrew $78. The thing is my balance was paid in October. They owe me!
I had hardly a clue what to do. I went in asking for a small loan. They took care of me. Made sure i was educated and aware of the policies and loan options. They were very friendly and patient. They made the whole experience very relaxed surprisingly. I recommend this company to anyone. Certainly the Newark branch.
