......BEWARE....... I have lost over 1000 dollars in the last 6 months, any person or organization that wants my money is more than welcome to take it from my bank card, and when I attempt to dispute a charge, they always find that it was my fault, even though I didn’t order the product or service. No matter how much money I have in my account, within a 3 day period every bit of it will be gone. And I cannot close my account because it will charge me 39.00 and make my account in the negative which stops me from being able to open another account elsewhere.
Rude customer service. Dont bank here period!
Wood forest charges a over draft fee as soon as you over draw, for every over draw you have. Most bank have a grace period of 5 days to pay back you over draw...not WOOD FOREST.
This bank NEVER answers the phone.
