Hit a deer with car over weekend and have no transportation. Guided us in how to apply online with explaining options on repayments and reloaning. Female speaking on phone was extremely knowledgeable on how the process works and never once acted lost on explaining how everything happens like the other loan companies we called did.
Fast and knowledgeable. Switched from Lancaster because the girls there are rude and most of the time I am there to pay they seem to have issues with their computer system. Nikki made it a very comfortable environment. She has a very friendly and bubbly personality. I was given offered water, candy and a goodie bag.
As a person who gets disability then I would recommend this company! I used to loan with their payday loan and the fees were very high. Now I borrowed $1000 and for four months I only pay back less than $200 with interest! When I borrowed it for a month the fees were over $200!! The company really made changes to benefit the customer instead of their pockets. Now they even offer online payments or to directly take it out the my checking account.
I first looked online to get a loan and noticed that they only offer installment loans now. I called the store to double check and the man their stated yes and that they need a checking account. I have an online checking account through my credit card and he said it would not work. He told me that the cheapest place to get an account and where it was located. Atomic Credit Union with only $5!!! I opened up the account and went into the store. The place was very roomy and colorful with bright green chairs and orange walls. When I first stepped in a woman had her back to me and was spraying a fall scented spray, to which made like the store more HAHA But while getting the loan neither of the workers (man and woman) made me uncomfortable at all. Both were talking to me and also joking around with my 2 children because as parent's it is embarrassing to have your children act up in public. They gave my children coloring pages with crayons and even bottled water. The whole process took about 20 minutes. They even set up my email so I can pay online and gave me cash in store. This is the first loan company I know that does not give you a check and expects you to find a place to cash it. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to get extra cash for school clothes and supplies :)
