There was a problem with the computer system the day that I was in. I am a new customer to cash advance I am never been there before but apparently someone else in the system has the same name than I do . No matter how many times my name was put in the computer with my Social Security number he would bring up half of the information for the other person with the same name as mine. The call was made to IT to try to straighten out the situation and they were very puzzled also? After almost an hour and a half of trying to fix the situation it was never able to be resolved. The two girls who were working there today we’re diligently trying their best to get this done. They were calm and polite to the entire situation even making jokes. But I could see it was extremely Stressful on them because they wanted to be able to make the customer happy and they were afraid I was not. I was fine. These things happen. They did nothing but be wonderful I cannot say enough about Anna and Melissa. These women were totally awesome and give extremely good customer service.
