I read the reviews and was sceptical, but my brother recommended them, so I gave them a try. They were polite and attentive. Listened to me and answered my questions. The transaction was quick and satisfactory. The store is clean and easy to shop, the prices seemed reasonable. I had a better experience here than at most retail stores.
I called out to see what time they closed which was 7pm I got there about 645 and they said there done dealing with customers. If you close at 7 you should stop dealing with customers at 7 no other business that I've went to turns away customers before closing. 1 star is about 3 stars to high
I called this place looking for a guitar amp for my middle school. When I called and asked for the model and information. All the manager said was "its 1 and a half feet tall" Then when I proceeded to ask for a photo or email sent to me they were saying they were not permitted to do that. Dont ever call this place or waste your time here ever again.
Tried to take back a TV we bought and a rude woman with brown hair tried to tell my husband she couldnt take it back because the remote it came with wasn't the original. Mind you they sold us a cheap universal remote with it when we bought it because THEY didn't have the original. After he showed her the receipt with the universal remote she tried to tell us she couldnt take it back because it had "roach dropping" on it. We DO NOT have roaches, or any sort od bugs in our house and she continued being nasty and rude about the entire ordeal. She then discarded our receipt and when I went in to get it she "didn't have the key." Don't come here, avoid at all costs. This place is absolutely ridiculous.
The worst place to pawn your stuff. Awful customer service and there's one employee here that is just downright rude and unwelcoming, she's the bigger brown haired lady! Avoid this place like the plague!
