They were very disrespectful and rude. No professionalism. They had friends in the location as if you want someone standing over your shoulder while you count your personal funds. This location really needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt
I was treated nicely
Called to ask about my loan due date. Young lady who answer the phone was rude, dry on the phone, and had a horrible attitude. I did my best to stay positive but had to call another checksmart to get the information I needed. Horrible customer service if you hate your job so much QUIT!
Not 24hrs! Went at 10:30am & they claimed to not be open till 11am
I got there at 11:10 and they told me I couldn't cash my check I got to wait till 12 :01 am
