This financial institution is reporting incorrect information to the major credit bureaus. I have emailed them and placed calls but I cannot get anyone to communicate with me about the inaccuracies they're reporting. A bank manager called me back yesterday. Asked me how I could possibly know what is being reported to the credit bureaus ♀️. She denied any reporting other than emailing a data file that is auto pulled on customers every month. I explained to her I can pull my own credit report and monitor it monthly. I informed her that in the midst of trying to clear this up with someone there that I have filed a dispute with the bureaus. She told me that is why I have inaccurate information on the report.....because I filed a dispute. I tried to explain to her several times that the bureaus slap something on your report out of spite. I am disputing the INACCURACIES that the credit union PROVIDED for my credit report. I would think a basic understanding of credit and all the workings would be a requirement for a job as a bank manager.

WORST BANK I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! I've dealt with this bank at least 3 different times and on every occasion, they either drop the ball or act like they don't know what they're doing, or come across like they just don't care. I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone who wants their life streamlined. It's like dealing with your grandma who is using new technology. Ugh...
I've been baking with them for years, always a pleasure to deal with and it feels like the old show Cheers in there where everybody knows your name. Many of my friends use this bank as well and have had great experiences.
I went in there to see about setting up a checkings account , and I believe I was treated rudely by the older lady with short shoulder length hair because I wasn't dressed the best and because I am part African American. That is discrimination. I felt so crappy after I left, she was so rude and ignorant. Little does she know I was sent in there to report the behaviors of the staff. I was not impressed and no one, whether they are black, white, Hispanic etc. Should be treated like they are nothing !
