Woodforest National Bank in Macedonia, Ohio

I am a Woodforest Bank customer, and I’ve been so for more than 8 years... it’s a very good bank; contrary to what one may think! But this staff is amazing! Pleasant, helpful, and eager to assist their customers! Darius and Tatiana are the best and deserve a raise, they are always at work on their best work behavior, moving you along fast and taking care of that branch and it’s customers as if they were the Managers! I visited the Woodforest Bank branch location inside the Macedonia Walmart. The branch manager Saleana Grayson was unprofessional and rude, when I informed her I would just like to cash my payroll check and not open an account. The manager kept insisting I open an checking account and when I told her no thank you she became upset and rude. I then referred to the sign inside the branch that states non customers can cash payroll checkes for a fee. She then decided she would not cash my payroll check because it’s at her discretion and I had to open an account anyway to continue my transaction. As a nurse I would never treat anyone with such little respect nor would I conduct myself in a unprofessional manner.

Worst customer service ever

Love this bank, and all the bank employees. There, always quick always convinent, you can take care of your shopping groceries household, clothes etc , subway there, can only give it a 5 rating for this bank they get 10+++++++. From my family and I
