So VERY slow at returning calls or responding to emails. No one ever picks up the phone at the london location and its frustrating!! When I did talk to one lady named Jennifer, she was very respectful and so polite but getting returned messages is hell. Ive not been approved yet or even denied but then again, a call or email in return would be helpful in knowing if i should seek a loan elsewhere
Once again another great experience with this loan company. Their process is swift and easy. You can go online or in person. They reach out to you when needed and customer service is awesome. I reccomend them to anyone trying to borrow. Keep up the good work.
Such a waste of time!! She said everything looks good and should find out soon.. Jumped through all the hoops we needed to and still didn't get a loan! They NEVER answer their phone! We had more than one person for a "cosigner" and still no response! Go anywhere else but here!
Have call multiple times over the period of two weeks and left voicemails and emails. Spoke to one person stating someone will call me back and I haven’t heard anything. Submitted all documentation and so forth. Good luck trying to even reach them none of their offices answer or return calls.
