I have always gotten great customer service and they have always been professional
I have a loan with them. I get paid the second wednesday of the month, they know this yet every month they call for a payment. I have never been late or missed a payment., yet they still harrass me about it.
Customer service is VERY poor! Our account is showing it's in collections (account is current) and the lady that answered the phone verified that is shouldn't be as well. My husband was told that the Manager would be calling us back to clear things up. We then called back a week later because we still haven't received a call. Now, its going on 3 weeks and still NO phone call!!!!!!
This team is awesome. Quick response and easy in and out to consolidate some bills.
