The customer service associates at the Lima location are very professional and courteous. This is not a pay day loan place or a bank. This company generally wants to help you and doesn't want to take you to the cleaners in the process. I don't know their min requirements, but I have poor credit, mid 500s, and they helped me out. They understand people's situations and try to help if they can. Of course, interest rates may be a bit higher than a "traditional" bank source, but they are not payday loan crazy rates. Payments are monthly, not every paycheck, and payments are very affordable. If you find yourself in need of finanical assistance, I recommend Eagle Loan.
