They are rip. People off borrowing money from them it's best to borrow some money from a friend or family don't go to these places.
Giving Credit Lines now, DON'T DO IT, IT'S 150 bucks just to open the account, you pay an annual 150 they split up each month to 17 bucks or something over 12 months, so you not only have to go there twice a month to make a payment on what you borrowed and then the monthly 150 split up over 12 months, on top of that it's 5 percent cut for them to cash check and 10 percent each time you pay what you borrowed, complete scam, you're better off getting a 0 percent credit card, my problem was, i'm already in credit card debt and didn't want to make it worse by increasing the limit, i thought it made sense but man I was wrong
I went to them for help, having 2 deaths in my Family in 4 months, I received the loan and then the 2nd death occurred. I missed my installment payment. Branch manager blowing my phone up, fine I owe you $, I expect nothing else. Their collections dept starts calling me, which is fine and in most cases the location stops calling since it was handed over. Nope the location manager kept calling also I explained I made arrangements with collections, and also stated I didn't want to get charged twice. Fast fwd 11/30 payday, at work until 6, get home with my phone going off again, it was the branch manager again asking for payment. With out even having my jacket off again assuming the collections didn't take it as planned, told her I made arrangements with collections, she stated she didn't see it in her "notes" so I paid her. As soon as I hung up with her I got on my app sure enough, collections took the ACH at 12 noon, and the branch manager took a 2nd when I talked to her. Called her back immediately after I checked my app, well now it wasn't so serious she was almost laughing and stating that "o well when they both clear let us know", I stated that it was Friday and my bank account was locked and overdrawn as I arranged to have 2 more bills paid that day. She couldn't care less, now it is 12/6 and I have acquired $175 in overdraft fees while getting the run around. I have filed and Attorney General Complaint.
