There is no way to deposit cash unless you go there during bank hours. Extremely inconvenient. The old ATM used to allow it. The after hours deposit box has a sign that says "NO CASH", so the bank's response to my review makes no sense and is a great example of the incompetency I have witnessed here. Do not recommend.

I had nothing but great things to say about Day Air until we were scammed. After that, a staff member with special services treated us like criminals and made the situation impossible to fix. I'm very disappointed. I really liked you guys.
I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been helpful. I had my credit card hacked and it was taken care of immediately and a new card was printed in a matter of minutes. Great experience in a stressful time and great experience overall!
I was a happy member for years till i had a problem paying accounts from my bank. A payment would go through then be reversed a day or so later. Went in to figure it out and they were clueless. Couldnt find the transactions they had retracted from a payment to U.S. Bank. Never did get resolved so i just had to close all my accounts. Tha ks for the incompetance day air!
