They were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient and hassle free. They actually sat down with me one on one and went over everything with me step by step. I was very happy with everything.
Run away from this company. They will trick you into a secured loan when you think you are applying for an unsecured loan. If you miss one payment they will harass you and sue you right away! Their interest rate is the highest I have seen. They will sue you for a judgment and garnish your wages even if you are making payments! They do unfair lending practices!!
I'm not sure about the other comments. I've only had friendly service here. I pay my bill on time and they are always friendly on the phone and in person. I've talked with Joyce several times and have never had a bad experience. As for the other comment about limited payment options, I call her and simply say, "Hi Joyce, this is Nancy, I'd like to make my payment." She asks if I want to take it out of my regular bank account, I say yes, we exchange thanks, have a great weekend and we're done.
The worst place to to ever get a loan. Joyce has to be one of the Rudest most condescending people I have ever dealt with but she won’t do her Job! Because she still hasn’t found out why a months payment went only to interest, my wife and I get the standard lines. Everyone is wringing their hands but in the first month I was called twice asking where my payment was ( I have never been late !) . Joyce Started a argument with my wife on with my wife about when another employee started to say “ well if you would make your payments on time” ... my wife then says let me stop you right there we have never been late and if you look in the computer you would see that. Joyce gets on the phone and says the employee never said that she was standing next to her the whole time etc etc and it spiraled down from there . The never fixed issue with my account or even been able to even explain it . But Joyce loves to take Pot shots at my Wife when she comes to make out payment All I can tell you is this, Joyce and Company are doing some Shady things over there and save your self some grief and stay away from Regency Finance .
