This location is been experiencing the high volume of fraud type activity based on a person by the name of Robert Charles this person is of either Middle Eastern or Indian from India type accent he is definitely a hacker he is able to get on their website and actually get your information as a customer and then call you up and tried to scam you and present himself as offering alone for about all 5 or $8000 there discussion on the phone is as follows he gains all the information and then he attempts to offer a loan through a email set up and then ask you to hand over your personal ID and your actual password to your banking account when explaining back to him hes supposed to use a routing number and a bank account number in order to transact business then hes out a standpoint that he he doesn't know how to do it on he claims that it's up to the customer to hand over their information versus taking the actual legitimate step of doing it elecktronicks transfer of funds known as the EFT transaction.
I applied for a loan of 1500 with eagle , I was told I was approved for 1000, I work for the school system and I have 2 jobs , bringing gone about the same amount from each job , except I don’t work the schools in the summer , but because that is my main job , I listed that , I called back to tell them my income for the summer , she got really nasty and said “ I’m not approving g your loan it is now denied because she gave 2 different incomes , I had the proof in my bs k account of my deposits from my summer job which I have been doing g for the past 2 summers and by the way made 25,000 on that part time job , I felt the lady thought I was trying to pull something off but I wasn’t, their customer service sucks
