Customer service is always decent at other locations but this one needs to step up their game. Also, if you like to handle your banking through a mobile app I highly recommend you bank somewhere else. They're app is the WORST. It takes 7-10 days for transactions to even show up. Then they will stay pending for another 3 days. It's ridiculous. I've honestly started using my other banks for frequently because First Financial is so behind on technology, updating transactions in real time, and their app.
A terrible bank, if you want customer service at this bank you can forget it. In my 20 years experience with them they have stranded me in michigan on a weekend because i used my card there and promptly froze my account til they came back in on weekday. The online features they promise are so limited and bogged down by security getting in to use your account to make it free, is impossible cause they want their 4 dollar a month fee. Wont give me a new credit card because im grandfathered in at a 6 percent interest rate, and they dont want me to use it. Told me i couldnt access my money on a holiday weekend to pay my bills because the whole bank was doing account maintainance that weekend so everything was paid late. And now charged me 156 on monthly fee charges that resulted in my account being overdrawn when i didnt use account for a month but had 30 in it. Never again first financial you lost a loyal customer.
