Waited 1.5 hrs to turn in a paper to complete a loan also had a question to ask the banker the time hit 1 o'clock time for them to close and I didnt get to see a banker and the lady had to relay the message to the banker. Very disrespectful in my opinion wait 1.5 hrs just to be treated poorly this will definitely be the last time I ever do business here.
Since joining Kemba We have had more problems with our account than ever. The account has been over drawn 2 times now because Kemba doubled up charges and tied our money up for 2 days right before we left for mexico and basically said "you'll just have to wait until the reversals take place and we won't charge you fee's " I mean I'd hope not since it was your fault for overdrawing my account and taking 100s of dollars out with double transactions. And this seems to be a trend with them that transactions pop up twice. One will clear and the other will linger on your account for 5 days and they say "It will fall off " . I never had this problem with Huntington in the 12 years I banked with them and when I had a Double charge the 1 time in 12 years they reversed it immediately . Not with Kemba ! They do not care about their so called members

Had trouble with making a payment online, called to make payment over the phone. Informed that there is a $10 fee for that- RIDICULOUS! Join the modern era. If I wanted fees on everything, I would have moved my accounts to a Bank. Very, Very disappointing. Will probably be looking to move accounts soon.
