Big, bright, comfortable lobby. Has a coin machine - no service fee charged. Every employee with whom we've ever interacted has been helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms. Coffee service in the lobby is sporadic - wish they wouldn't put it out if they don't plan to keep the pot filled.
Today was my visit at this member center. You all ROCK!! I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating employees. A beautiful and clean environment. I will be back.
I have been a member for over 15 years. I have never felt like less of a member until yesterday. I’ve always bragged, promoted, recommended WPCU. I’ve always felt the value as a member ...up until yesterday. The person I spoke with Saturday was very rude, condescending, and could careless of the situation that occurred. The delivery and her approach during my time of need was appalling unacceptable and non-representative of WPCU standards. I am seriously considering changing credit unions. She stated she was being transparent and if that’s the representation of WPCU, I am highly disappointed. She was very crass and lacked customer care. I am left wondering why I do I bank with WPCU? I could see if I was disrespectful...but I wasn’t.
Efficient and helpful service. I've had a great experience at Wright-Patt Credit Union. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the call system is frustrating. It would be much more helpful to be able to call the branch directly instead of a 1-800 number where you have to navigate the prompts and are placed on hold for long amounts of time. Instead of a quick phone call for a simple question, it takes much longer than necessary. Other than that, I am very happy to be banking at Wright-Patt. The hours are convenient and I've received great service.
I love this location so much. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. Yesterday Renee Yeager helped me set up a new account and I just wanted to brag on how awesome she is! Great personality and super helpful and friendly. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me. She is definitely an all star employee. I am excited to be banking at Wright Patt now!
