Banked at 5/3 for 20yrs. This is what I can share about my experience: customer loyalty means nothing to them. They provide the absolute worst customer service and employees don't seem to like their job (or their customers). They don't need provoked to be rude and disrespectful and management couldn't care less. I definitely don't recommend banking here.
