The manager at this branch is extremely rude and difficult to talk to. Have had a loan here for many yrs once recently paid late. Yes they give a grace period I understand. But things sometime happen. Once paid late. Asked very nicely to waive the late fee. And was treated do poorly by the manager. Would not even give a one time courtesy to waive it. And he had the biggest attitude for asking. I guess that's how they treat long time customers.
Terrible place to get a loan! Would rather get a loan from a loan shark! Fell on hard times. Not willing to work with you. Piss poor management and very rude and degrading to you if you have problems making payment. Do not recommend at all.

Next talked to the district manager Pat he again played the blame game that this is all my fault. Never have been attacked like this by any other company in my life! Asked to get a paper copy sent each month, but they don't do that. Never got an email reminder or a call to say it was late. Will pay this loan off and never deal with this company again.
Excellent organized thoughtful people friendly
Everything went well, except that the staff was running very late. I sat there for an hour and a half before they had my paperwork ready for me to sign. It became very frustrating.
